This programme is tailored for advanced swimmers training towards Silver, Gold, or SwimFaster levels, supporting them as they elevate their skills to a competitive standard. Through structured training, focused coaching, and progressive challenges, swimmers develop confidence, refine technique, and prepare for our weekly Competitive Swim sessions.

Participants compete annually at Pesta Sukan and at esteemed venues such as Raffles Institution and Orchid Country Club. The programme also offers overseas training opportunities, with additional international programmes currently being explored to further broaden exposure and enhance each swimmer’s competitive experience.
